Atle holds a Masters degree in Business and Administration and has operational management experience including P&L-responsibility from the banking/finance/insurance, technology and health sectors. He has managed large customer accounts, worked as a Sales and Marketing Director, Country Manager and CEO; reporting to boards in both Norway, Sweden and Denmark. Atle has more than 10 years of experience in Executive Search at top management level for companies with private as well as public ownership. He joined Visindi as a senior advisor in 2010 and became partner in 2015. Today Atle is the manager at Visindi’s office in Oslo.
Jenny has more than 25 years’ experience gained in the private business sector and almost 15 years’ leadership experience. She is experienced in the areas of ICT, sales, marketing, business development and management gained in the following companies: Norsk Hydro, Hydro Texaco, EDB Business Partner and Cardsoft, a company in the Kistefos group.
Jenny was educate in science at the University of Oslo and has also studied business administration and miscellaneous courses at BI Norwegian Business School. She has worked as a Consultant since 2001, starting at Mercuri Urval before co-founding Visindi AS in 2004. Jenny is Managing Partner at Visindi Norway AS and works in leadership selection, and development. She holds several board positions.
Magne holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), and has studied Management and Economics at BI Norwegian Business School and Rotterdam School of Management.
He was an operational manager in the energy industry prior to working as a Consultant at Mercuri Urval in 1994. He worked with clients and as a project manager, focusing on leadership selection, leadership development and team development. Over the last few years he has managed the Oslo AS Branch of Visindi.
Magne co-founded Visindi AS in 2004. He led Visindi AS until April 2010 and primarily works in executive search and selection for the private and public sector.
Heidi holds a BA in Management, specialising in project management from BI Norwegian Business School, together with English Studies and a one-year course in Public Organisation and Management. She has almost 20 years’ experience gained in leadership positions in management and communication in the public sector, both at a municipal and state level.
Heidi also has experience as a representative and negotiator, and as a politician focusing on culture. She has worked as a Consultant since 2001, starting at Mercuri Urval, and now at Visindi AS, which she co-founded in 2004. Heidi primarily works in leadership selection for the public sector/community positions/culture and media.
Knut Ole has more than 20 years’ experience in the IT/Telecom industry, and 15 years’ leadership experience at level 1 and 2. His management experience is at a strategic level in sales and was gained in the following companies: Alcatel, Cisco Systems, TDC Norge and Umoe IKT. He also has extensive experience in change management and change processes including using team building and development as key motivators.
He is an engineer and business executive who has worked as a Consultant at Visindi in executive selection and leadership development since 2006. He became a Partner in 2010.
Siri has more than 20 years’ experience from a range of positions and roles in the private business sector: Norsk Hydro, Unisys and Provida. Siri joined Visindi in 2010. She had previously worked as Senior Advisor at Hodejegerne recruitment agency. She has many years’ experience in recruitment, search and selection for management positions in the areas of culture and communication in the public and private sectors.
Siri holds a teaching qualification (at adjunct level) in Business and Office Management from the Norwegian State Teacher Academy (now Buskerud University College), and has also studied marketing, IT, education, administration and management. She holds a degree in English from the University of Oslo.
Jannike has experience with business development and digital platforms as she has developed and launched the website proff.no and later had responsibility for 1881.no. She has management experience and board experience from a company with> 1bnok in revenue and over 1,000 employees. Jannike has worked as a consultant with Executive Search since 2011, with particular focus on technology, digitization and professional service providers. In recent years Jannike has focused on recruitment of top managers in industry fragmentation between IT and telecom/finance/media. She has experience with boardroom recruitments and –evaluations, and management audits. Jannike graduated Bachelor of Marketing from BI Norwegian Business School, and has further education in project management and board competence.
Hilde is a social scientist with a major in Media Science, and has studied Sociology and English. She was a producer in the film production company, Nordisk Film, and has many years’ experience in the commercial television industry, including working as a Researcher. She has previously worked in information and research dissemination.
As a Researcher, Hilde assists the Consultants in carrying out analyses, recruitment interviews and selection, and organizational development processes.
Dragana har en Master of Science i Ledelse og Organisasjonspsykologi, og en bachelorgrad i Kultur og Ledelse, begge fra Handelshøyskolen BI. Hun har god innsikt i kriterier for utvelgelse av ledere og fagspesialister, samt inngående kunnskap om organisasjonsutvikling. I Visindi jobber Dragana hovedsakelig med rekruttering av ledere og mellomledere, spesielt innen kultur og samfunn. Hun er spesielt opptatt av grensesnittet mellom kultur og næringsliv. Som rådgiver innen research og analyse er Dragana ansvarlig for kartlegging, analyse og rådgiving i prosesser knyttet til rekruttering av ledere og spesialister. Dette innebærer deltakelse i kundemøter og utarbeidelse av kravprofiler, samt identifisering av relevante miljøer og potensielle kandidater. I tillegg deltar Dragana i salgsmøter og står for den innledende kontakten med kandidater.
Renate holds a Masters degree in Management. She has more than 8 years of experience from research within Executive Search, both as a researcher and formerly as a research manager. Early on in her career she worked for an international search company in London, and she has also worked as a financial adviser a few years, before returning to executive search. Renate has a broad experience from working on a wide range of positions in different industries, however the last couple of years she has specialized in research with in construction and real estate, as well as banking and finance. As an adviser in Visindi, Renate is responsible for information gathering, analysis and mapping of relevant industries ad markets, and in addition to identifying and contacting relevant candidates, she also plays an active role in outlining the job specifications.
Frederic has worked as a researcher since 2011. He has had a specific focus on bank and finance, technology, digitalization and professional services. He has experience as a journalist, including NTB, and as Key Account Manager at FINN.no.
Frederic has studied history, literature and has an international diploma in journalism from Darlington College of Technology in England. He is responsible for information gathering, analysis and mapping of relevant industries and markets. He identifies relevant candidates and has the initial contact with the candidates.
Christian holds an MSc in Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management from the University of Nottingham Ningbo China, and a Ba in Administration and Organization Science from the University of Bergen. Before joining Visindi he had traineeships at the Norwegian Embassy in Dublin and at the Confederation of Norwegian Enterprise (NHO). Christian is responsible for information gathering, analysis and mapping of relevant industries and markets. He identifies relevant candidates and has the initial contact with the candidates.
Daniel holds an MSc in Leadership and Organizational Psychology from BI Business School in Oslo, and a bachelor degree in Psychology from NTNU in Trondheim. Prior to joining Visindi, Daniel has had several jobs within the travel industry – both in Norway and abroad. He also worked at the HR-department in the Central Bank of Norway during his studies. As an advisor at Visindi, Daniel is responsible for information gathering, analysis and mapping of relevant industries and markets. He identifies relevant candidates and has the initial contact with the candidates.
Wladimir har en Cand.Soc i Human Resource Management fra Copenhagen Business School i København, og en bachelorgrad i Hotell ledelse fra Universitetet i Stavanger.
Mellom studier har han jobbet som leder i flere år innen hotel- og restaurantbransjen, i tillegg til mange år i administrasjonen i Smedvig AS. Som rådgiver innen research og analyse er Wladimir ansvarlig for informasjonsinnhenting, analyse og kartlegging av relevante bransjer, miljøer og markeder. Han identifiserer aktuelle kandidater og står for den innledende kontakten med kandidatene.
Lin Cathrine has studied marketing and tourism and has worked in service and administrative related positions throughout her working life. She has been in the recruitment business since 2004 and started in Visindi in 2005.
Lin Cathrine is responsible for meeting bookings and test management and she is a superuser on the CRM system.
Sara Connell holds a BSc in Economics and Administration, majoring in marketing. She has a background as a Customer Advisor in the banking industry and has extensive experience in sales and marketing in the retail sector.
Sara works as a Receptionist at Visindi’s Office in Oslo, and is responsible for making sure all visitors, clients and candidates are welcomed in the Visindi Office
Stine has a degree in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Oslo, studied marketing, internationalisation and management at NMH Norwegian School of Economics, and Project Management at the BI Norwegian Business School, Center for Management Education. She has worked in the recruitment industry since 2000, starting at Mercuri Urval before joining Visindi in 2006.
Stine is Project Manager for the Visindi programme (Leader Development Programme) and is responsible for the preparation of tenders, and framework agreements for public tender proposals and requests for quotations. She also manages a subsidiary company in the Visindi group.
