Dag has worked in executive selection and development at a regional and national level since 1992. He has extensive knowledge of the oil and gas industry, the public sector, and has worked with companies which have head offices in the region.
Dag previously was employed by Mercuri Urval, where he had national responsibility for organisational and management team development, and leadership selection. His educational background includes Rotterdam School of Management, the University in Bonn, BI Norwegian Business School and the Norwegian Air Force Academy.
Stig Finnerud holds a BSc in Health Sciences, and has studied project management, change management and team leadership at BI Norwegian Business School. For many years Stig worked as Coach and Manager for the multi-national pharmaceutical companies Pfizer and Merck Serono. He has extensive experience gained in management teams and his previous position was as a Sales and Marketing Manager at Nordic Vision Clinic.
Kari holds a master degree of Management and BA in Business Administration from the Norwegian Business School. She has more than 25 years’ experience gained in the private business sector and almost 15 years’ leadership experience. Kari brings several years of experience from executive search to the Energi sector, professional services and banking / finance. She holds several board positions.
Kari primarily works with executive search and selection for the private sector.
Silje holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences (Human Resource Management) from the University of Stavanger. She has experience of recruitment, research, analysis and advisory services in the private and public sectors, and substantial knowledge of the Norwegian educational system. Previously she worked as an Organizational Consultant at the University of Stavanger, and as an Advisor for Staff-Student liaison, in close cooperation with the university management. Silje gained experience in recruitment during her studies by working as a UiS Ambassador, and by joining UpSource Nordic as a Recruitment Consultant, recruiting at a specialist and management level.
Siv Tone holds a Master’s degree in Management with Human Resource Management from the Heriot Watt University in Edinburgh, Scotland. Previously she worked as a Business Analyst at Mercuri Urval, where she assisted Consultants in recruitment and selection processes, and analysed large data sets – mainly for the oil and gas industry.
Siv Tone’s experience ranges from politics/public administration to working as a Group Secretary/Political Advisor for the political party Stavanger Høyre’s City Council group, and working as County Secretary for Rogaland Høyre.
