As a key member of the Executive Management team, the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will report to the CEO and assume a strategic role in the overall management and growth of the company.

Main responsibilities:

  • Execute the company’s long-term strategy
  • Report KPIs and financial status to the CEO and the Board of Directors
  • Ensure implementation of cost reductions for the Group
  • Manage all planning of financial activities and the Group financing
  • Key contact with financial markets
  • Leadership of the Group Finance team consisting of approx. 100 employees

Key qualifications:

  • Relevant experience and proven track-record from a publicly listed mid- or large company
  • Experience from financing and/or financial leasing
  • Succeed in facilitating cross-department collaboration that ensures that all financial departments positively support the Company’s business strategy
  • Analytical and strategic approach to key business drivers
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • High level of integrity and team orientation
