As manager technical services you will play a key role in helping our customers reach their energy goals. You will lead a competent and experienced team who will be responsible for delivering services extending from process technology, conceptual/front-end studies, development, customer project management to operational optimization and support of planned and ongoing activities. You will also have the responsibility for internal and external training programs, process safety and risk assessment.

Main tasks:

  • Daily management and development of technical services team
  • Process technology, services extending from conceptual studies, development to operational optimization and support of planned and ongoing activities
    • Technical business case development
    • Concept and front-end studies
    • Basic engineering, FEED support
    • Design verification and technical integrity assessment
    • Debottlenecking and optimization studies
    • Pre-operational and operational support
    • Process safety and risk assessment analysis (hasiz/hazop)
    • Technical audits, vetting
  • Standardize low cost logistics, transfer and storage solutions
  • Project management for customer projects
  • Operational support for customer terminals, trailers and marine assets
  • Develop internal and external training training programs

Educational background and experience:

  • University degree in technical discipline
  • Sound practical experience from oil and gas industry, preferably from project management / business development positions from process/marine industry (Gas/LNG)
  • Management experience from similar positions
