We are now looking for an experienced and strategic Procurement Manager to join our dynamic Cubility team. The role is newly established and will have the overall responsibility for all purchases within the company.

Main responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all purchases within the company, both commodity and proprietary items
  • Coordinate contact with all main suppliers and establish and maintain frame agreements with critical suppliers
  • Establish and maintain purchasing schedules and manufacturing schedules
  • Responsible for supplier qualification and selection both locally and globally
  • Ensure cost optimizing for all purchases while maintaining an acceptable quality level
  • Support manufacturing with all supply chain needs
  • Responsible for the company wide warehouse structure and inventory control including financial evaluation
  • Responsible for the parts register in the company ERP system

Education and experience:

  • Master degree in supply chain management, or other relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 10 years experience from purchasing and supply chain management
  • Extensive experience from the oil and gas industry, preferably from manufacturing
  • International experience would be an advantage

Personal qualities:

  • Good communication and collaborate skills, excellent skills in Norwegian and English
  • Strategic and strong analytical skills with strong business acumen
  • Structured and organized approach to solving tasks
  • Self-starter – shows initiative and enthusiasm
